By using SnappQR, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our service.

1. Service Description

SnappQR provides a QR code generation service. Upon successful payment, you receive access to generate and download QR codes based on your chosen plan.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are one-time — no recurring charges
Prices displayed in USD with KES equivalent
Payments processed securely via Paystack
M-Pesa, Visa and Mastercard accepted
All sales are final — review your plan before purchasing

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However if you experience technical issues preventing QR code generation, contact us within 24 hours at hello@snappqr.com and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnappQR to create QR codes that:

Link to illegal, harmful or malicious content
Promote fraud, scams or deceptive practices
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

QR codes generated using SnappQR are owned by you. SnappQR retains ownership of the platform, design and technology used to generate them.

6. Limitation of Liability

SnappQR is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service beyond the amount paid.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SnappQR after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
